Businesses chose a workstream to focus on –from energy, freight, waste or supply chains.
Step 2 - Audits & recommendations
Audits were carried out by our expert technical partners, helping to identify potential changes businesses could make – big or small.
Step 3 - Training and support
Businesses were offered training sessions, data dashboards and workshops all geared towards supporting them to decarbonise their organisation, now and in the future.
Step 4 - Networking
Businesses were encouraged to join sessions where they could learn from each other and tackle similar decarbonisation challenges together.
Step 5 - Celebrate
SMEs involved in the project were celebrated by the Mayor of London, becoming Southwark Climate Champions and recognised as leaders in taking action on climate change.
